You'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing feedback remains accessible, but you won't be able to create new items until you upgrade or delete some existing ones.

We bill monthly through Polar. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. There are no contracts or hidden fees - what you see is what you pay.
Yes, you can downgrade anytime. If you have more organizations than your new plan allows, they'll be archived (read-only) until you upgrade again or delete them.
